Last Saturday, Midwest Athletics and Sports Alliance LLC (“MASA”) accepted the YMCA’s request to help with their “Get A Kid Into The Game” fundraiser. Specifically, MASA challenged Will Andres, one of the YMCA’s coaches for the Jr. Mavericks Recreational Basketball League, to a free throw contest. MASA contributed a flat fee of $1,000 and $100 for each free throw made. The contest consisted of a 60 second time limit and the best little rebounders anyone could ask for (unless you are trying to make lots of baskets…).
